I'm currently in the south part of the south island of New Zealand, hangin' with some fam and seeing the sights.  I'm lovin' the continuation of the adventure.  Here are some pics.

Melbourne

I was in Melbourne for 6 days exploring the city.  I had dinner with some people I had Christmas dinner with a couple of years ago in Vancouver (they recently moved back to Melbourne so I got in touch with them).

Adelaide to Melbourne: The Great Ocean Road

I went with a tour group from Adelaide to Melbourne via the Great Ocea Road.  It was basically a road trip with some people I didn't know and a driver with a bus who knew the route.  It was awesome and here are the pics to prove it.

Hello from Adelaide!

I have arrived in Adelaide and checked into my hostel.  This one comes with free internet and computers which is a nice change from the last hostel.  I was up quite early this morning to catch a train to the airport to catch my flight so I've been tired today.  There is also a 30 min time difference between Adelaide and Sydney.  I haven't done too much today except buy a bit of food and have a nap.  Ah well, it's my first day of nothingness in a while so it's ok.  I will have to figure out what I'm going to do here over the next few days.  I want to go to Kangaroo Island and also do the Great Ocean Road so will have to see what tours and other options I have are.

After Adelaide I head to Melbourne for about 5 days or so.  Then it's off to New Zealand!

Week 3: Sydney

I've been in Sydney a week now and I've done quite a bit, tons of walking and took about a million pictures.

I went on a coastal beach walk, including Coogee and Bondi beaches.

I went on a city walk that included the Harbour Bridge and of course the Opera House.
